This cake was ordered for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The top layer of the cake was eaten on the night of the party. The cake became moulded after 4 days. I complained to Seven and Ismed who informed that the cakes are baked in advance and frozen and that under no circumstances are they to be kept in the fridge. The cake is only good to eat on the night and cannot last more than a day. I am truly disappointed and feel that after paying a fair bit for a pre ordered cake this should have lasted a little longer.
